General Event Discussion

Its really tempting for me to enter this one, but I don't want to add too many races to my schedule.

If anyone is going to enter it and wants a team-mate post it in here, it would be great if F2 could field at least one team for this event.

If anyone needs help painting a car or needs any F2 logos just let me or any other designers know.

Well I'm definetly going to enter this just need to decide on which car to use. For me this is one of the best series with the long races and needing to think about strategy, consistancy, tyres, fuel and damage. You really should do it as its quite challenging but very fun.

I'll try to talk the mrs. into it. What cars are you thinking about running?

I'm not really sure. I ran the Porsche last season so I might do again or go for either the BMW, Jaguar or Ferrari. I'll probaly do some testing today before or after the GP2 race.

Well now that we know what car and paint we're using what about the team name? I was thinking calling it Hervé Poulain as that was the team name of the car at the 75 Le Mans.

I so far haven't found any time at all to work on a paint scheme, we might have to re-think out options, and keep this idea alive for next season and go for something easier for this time around, if thats okay with you.

Are we not allowed to use the name f2 racing or something similar?

Yeah thats fine, if you want to choose the paint I'll be happy to run with it, and ofcourse we can use F2 Racing I just suggested that as it was the team name for the 75 Lemans race.

This car is kicking my ass as far as a paint-job goes...I'll try my best and hopefully we'll end up with something repectable by race day, not sure what it will be though to be honest.

Going to miss this week fellas, sorry. I have to drive to ohio so I won't be back until wed. I'll miss JGTC this week too. Hope you do good JonBrekke, you're in the top 10 for rookies standings, it would be great if we can get at least SOMEBODY into a top ten anything.
